Heavy Equipment Operator – Virginia

Administrative Duties & Responsibilities

• Training of new employees on use of & understanding of CNC products built and SOPs.
• Continuing education & re-training of CNC SOPs
• Assist in the creation of classroom and field training program with help of management.
• Conduct safety audits on projects being built.
• Field recruitment & evaluation of performance of employees
• Represent the CNC brand & culture through customer / employee relations in a professional and productive manner

• Project preparation / start / finish

• Customer interaction skills

KPIs will be the following:

1. Production per day

2. Average GP produced

3. Safety violations

4. Maintenance Inspections

5. Equipment care & cleanliness

Travel

• 75% – 90%

Schedule

• Full-time, 8- or 10-hour shifts
