We are a growing $60M company with plans to reach $100M+ and are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead recruiting efforts, build talent pipelines, and support our continued growth.

This position will recruit for a diverse range of roles, including field, salaried, hourly, shop, operations, and commission-based positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing both high-volume and specialized recruiting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with company growth and hiring goals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to identify staffing needs and qualified candidates.
• Recruit for field, salaried, hourly, shop, operations, and commission-based
  positions.
• Build talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize networking, referrals, social media, career fairs, schools, job boards, and
  other sourcing strategies.
• Support onboarding and initiatives that promote employee engagement and
  retention.
• Track recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring metrics; provide updates to
  leadership.
• Evaluate recruiting tools, vendors, and resources and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting
  opportunities.
• Identify ways to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and talent
  attraction.
• Perform other HR and recruiting duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Experience recruiting across field, salaried, hourly, shop, operations, and
  commission-based roles.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with both high-volume and specialized/hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and department leaders.
• Experience with ATS/recruiting platforms and tracking recruiting metrics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative approach to candidate sourcing and talent attraction.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% for recruiting events and business needs

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + competitive performance-based bonus
Travel: 5–10%
