As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a results-driven and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to add to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Develop, write, and post compelling job descriptions across various recruiting platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific job boards.
- Proactively source qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs using networking, online databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support company growth and workforce planning.
- Assist in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluations and selection recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Analytics & Research
- Conduct ongoing research on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, industry best practices, and candidate assessment methods.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate turnover rates.
- Provide reports and insights to support continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration & Employer Branding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
- Coordinate with external recruiters, educational institutions, and community organizations as needed.
- Represent CNC Foundations at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
- Support employer branding efforts to promote CNC Foundations as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Experience & HR Support
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding application and interview status.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking data.
- Assist with onboarding activities and perform other recruiting and human resources duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related human resources experience.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates across a variety of positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
