Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead marketing efforts that strengthen our brand, support sales, build customer relationships, and drive company growth. This is a hands-on, sales-focused role working closely with Business Development and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Support sales with proposals, presentations, qualifications, and marketing materials.
    • Develop project case studies, customer stories, and sales collateral.
    • Research target customers, markets, and business opportunities.
    • Support client meetings, pursuits, trade shows, and industry events.
    • Coordinate customer appreciation and relationship-building activities.

    Brand & Marketing

    • Own and strengthen the company brand and messaging.
    • Manage website, LinkedIn, social media, email, and digital content.
    • Coordinate photography, video, and project storytelling.
    • Promote company projects, people, capabilities, and accomplishments.
    • Maintain consistent, professional branding across all customer-facing materials.

    Growth & Relationships

    • Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
    • Strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, engineers, owners, and industry partners.
    • Track marketing activity and measure its impact on opportunities and sales.
    • Support recruiting and communicate company culture and accomplishments.

    Team Leadership

    • Directly supervise one Marketing/Administrative support team member.
    • Delegate and prioritize day-to-day marketing and administrative activities.
    • Develop the marketing support function as the company grows.
    • Opportunity to build and lead a larger marketing team as the organization continues to expand.

    Marketing Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing plan and budget.
    • Coordinate outside agencies, vendors, photographers, and creative resources.
    • Manage marketing materials, brand assets, and company communications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing, business development, or sales-support experience.
  • B2B experience preferred; construction, geotechnical, engineering, or industrial experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with executives, sales teams, customers, and field personnel.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building and project-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
