Contract Review Specialist

We are looking to add a full-time Contract Review Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, family-owned and oriented company.

Duties & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: 

  • Review contract terms and conditions, performing edits, generating addendums, insurance requirements, and multiple other documents within client contracts to identify areas of legal and operational concern
  • Following contract process through until execution
  • Liaison between contracts department, Business Development, and Project Managers
  • Complete redline of contracts for review and negotiation
  • Incorporate suggested change requirements into contract language
  • Attend internal client meetings
  • Assist internal team members in various account tasks
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, in house team members and operations teams
  • Performs special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in construction contract review positions preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and capability of organizing and prioritizing work to achieve required results.
  • Demonstrates initiative to support teams for an efficient product outcome
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to present and interact with company and client personnel for favorable outcomes (written/verbal)
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines

Pay depending on experience/negotiable
