Purchasing and Financial Coordinator

We deliver a strategic mix of geotechnical and structural solutions to commercial contractors in many different market sectors. The services we specialize in include: Micropiles, Vibratory-Stone Columns, Helicals, Rigid Inclusions, and Aggregate Piers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing and Financial Coordinator to support our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Operations Support

  • Source and procure job materials in coordination with Project Managers.
  • Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Analyze and manage national vendor agreements across the U.S. for job materials and supplies.
  • Support the fleet program by purchasing necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying cost-effective solutions for bidding opportunities and construction phases.
  • Perform other procurement-related activities to fall under the scope of the job.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to evaluate and monitor job costing efficiency, performance, and preparation of financial report

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement, operations, or financial coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet deadlines.
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is a plus.
