As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a results-driven and motivated Administrative/Recruitment Coordinator to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Job Descriptions and Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates to fill current and future job openings. Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Vet candidates, schedule and conduct/attend interviews. Assist in selection process.
  • Research and Reporting: Heavy research is required for this position on different recruitment techniques, hiring practices, and candidate evaluation. Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time to fill- cost per hire, and candidate sources. Research com
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to set selection criteria for future hires. Participate in networking and marketing events and activities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate and provided feedback to candidates on application status.
  • Other miscellaneous Recruitment or HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment technologies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
